Withdrawal information

This withdrawal information applies to all paid contracts concluded between you as a consumer (§ 13 BGB) and the provider through the platform www.cleverbauen24.de . No fee is charged for the free initial assessment (Quickcheck); no statutory right of withdrawal applies in this case.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the point when you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of services specified in the contract.

Special notice on early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For services (e.g. quote reviews), your right of withdrawal under § 356 para. 4 BGB expires only once we have fully performed the service and you previously expressly agreed that we could begin performance before the withdrawal period expired, while acknowledging that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance. Merely beginning performance does not end your right of withdrawal: you can withdraw until the service is fully performed; in that case, you owe the proportionate payment described above for services already provided.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. the Property Owner Toolkit and bill of quantities, each as an instant download), the right of withdrawal expires when the provider begins performance after you expressly agree that performance may begin before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that your consent causes you to lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).
