This page explains the trust statements shown on our homepage and elsewhere. We disclose where the figures come from, how we calculate them and the reference date used.

1. Quotes reviewed

The statement "500+ quotes reviewed" refers to the cumulative number of construction quotes reviewed through our paid quote reviews (Quickcheck, full report) and free preliminary checks since we started operating.

  • Source: Our own data — Stripe transactions + Supabase records
  • Methodology: Each individual review is counted; repeated submissions of the same quote by the same customer are counted only once.

2. Projects referred

The statement "150+ projects referred" refers to successfully referred trade contracts — projects where owners commissioned a contractor through our referral service.

  • Reference date: April 2026
  • Source: Our own data — referral records in our database
  • Methodology: We count projects where a referred contractor actually received an order (rather than initial contacts alone).

3. Customer satisfaction (4.8 out of 5)

The average rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars is based on a token-linked customer survey sent immediately after the review report is delivered to the customer.

  • Sample size: 45 reviews
  • Reference date: April 2026
  • Source: Our own customer feedback database
  • Authenticity: Each review link contains a unique, non-transferable token that can only be redeemed once. This ensures that reviews come exclusively from actual customers who have received a review report.
  • Verification: There is no additional verification by an independent body (e.g. Trustpilot, TÜV, eKomi).

These statements meet the obligations under § 5b(3) UWG(transparency in aggregated reviews).
